What are your facilities?
We are a historic church situated in the center of the Saanich Peninsula - a little white church nestled under the trees. All our buildings are handicapped accessible. We can seat 75 or 80 comfortably.
Do you welcome the LGBTQ community?
Absolutely! We welcome all who come to us in a time when they need comfort and support.
What might we expect at the service?
We celebrate and remember those who have lived among us, and we hope to bring comfort to those who are experiencing a time of sorrow. We do this in the context of a worship service. The minister will discuss this with you, as appropriate to your needs.
What about music?
Our Church Musician is quite willing to play music you choose, Recorded music or musicians are always appropriate and are included as part of the discussion with our minister.
Is the service required to be at the church?
Our minister is willing to discuss venues outside the church buildings, as appropriate.
Can a reception be held following the service?
Yes, we have a hall that holds about 70 people. Details can certainly be discussed with the minister.
